TRAINING ▪ Ensure all Barista Training for our B2B customers (Café – Hotel - Restaurant), in the Siem Reap Area, for small and larger teams of barista from all levels (beginner to expert). ▪ Ensure internal training for the Blends Team ▪ Participate to training programs among hospitality school RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT ▪ Develop a full Barista Training Package including: materials, ingredients, recipes, training document support, cleaning and care of coffee machines. ▪ Be responsible for the weekly quality control of all our customers in the Siem Reap Area ▪ Work closely with our technicians to maintain a top after sales service ▪ Act as a support for the Sales Team during Sales Presentation & Tenders ▪ Constantly innovate: new recipes creation for coffee, tea, cocktails, mocktails, frappes, smoothies etc. ▪ Closely follow the industry innovation, trend, and key players through social networks; customers, prospects and competitors’ visits. ▪ Be ready to participate to events to promote our brands

▪ Excellent Barista with at least 1 year experience from a leading coffee shop chain. ▪ Coffee lover! ▪ Amazing latte art skills. ▪ Able to make all western Coffee Shop Style Drink list. ▪ Willing to work in a B2B environment. ▪ Experience in Management will be highly appreciated. ▪ Smiling person, customer and service oriented, self-confident, with great communication and pedagogic skills as well as a “can-do” attitude. ▪ Flexible on schedule and workload ▪ Good in English. ▪ Able to travel through Cambodia.
