- Keep clean the stewarding area and garbage room (separate the items ) - Keep clean the delivery deck and the pantry with the help of restaurant staff - Follow the daily, weekly and monthly cleaning - Make a weekly inventory for chemical, soap and breakage - Make sure all cutlery and china wear still in good condition (no chip) - Minimize breakage and take care of the wasting - Bring any idea that can make the operation better and more efficient - Conduct training for the team - Bring a good atmosphere in his work area - Check the grooming of subordinate - Communicate the information to the steward - Report to sous chef or executive chef - Respect hygiene and store correctly the chemical - Perform other duties as maybe assigned
