The Barista aims at all times, to deliver excellent brand & service standards. Duties & Responsibilities include: 1. Customer Satisfaction ● Treat all customers in a polite, friendly, efficient manner, always making eye contact with a smile ● Respond to the pace of the business in terms of speed of service & productivity ● Maintain a cheerful, positive attitude when under pressure ● Demonstrate sound knowledge of the Caffe Ritazza brand and products ● Handle customer comments in a professional manner 2. Preferred Employer ● Communicate and cooperate with team members in a caring and helpful manner ● Help secure team brand audit targets and sales growth initiatives ● Attend all brand training courses and briefings as required ● Punctual and consistent attendance in compliance with weekly roster/schedule

Jobs Requirement

3. Operational Excellence ● Demonstrate full competence: ● In achieving the perfect espresso; in frothing & texturing milk and in producing the coffee menu to brand specifications ● In producing the full range of freshly prepared food to brand specifications ● Comply with health, hygiene and safety standards and demonstrating acceptable monthly performance targets ● Maintain all unit front & rear counter displays and back wall merchandising in accordance with brand guidelines ● Deliver consistently excellent product quality to guarantee customer satisfaction 4. Market Leadership ● Maintain good standards of personal hygiene, uniform and general appearance ● Deliver brand promotions & marketing initiatives to increase revenue, maintain market leadership and integrity 5. Financial Performance ● Participate in, share ideas and contribute towards the teams success in achieving all unit targets ● Minimise waste and maximise sales targets through employing the brand’s suggestive selling techniques ● Follow Company cash and till handling policies and security procedures.
