Warehouse: • Manage all company’s warehouses • Check stock level and prepare re-order • Check and follow up on expiry dates of all products • Stock valuation FIFO • Update any purchase, transfer in/out in WINHMS system • Control waste to the minimum possible • Prepare monthly report, stock reconciliation • Check log-book for drivers • Perform stock count on a monthly basis • Plan future capacity of warehouse • Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work place; ensuring that stock such as chemicals material are store safely Management: • Lead, coach and manage the warehouse staffs including drivers • Adopt and promote a leadership style with participation, involvement and communication • Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager.

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Financial Management or equivalent • At least 5 years of experience in stock/warehouse management (experience from F&B industry would be a plus) • High commitment • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Good command of English.
