- Responsible for smooth operation of the room floor assigned - Responsible for the work performance of room Attendants - Supervise & lead Room Attendants - Organizes and facilitates the room making process - Daily allocation of rooms and deep cleaning tasks to team members. - Responsible for the cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors and heart of the house area of the floor and pantry room - Check on room status such as room occupied, vacancy, dirty, sleep out room lodge in report in daily report - Ensures that the entire operation of room cleaning performed as per the service apartment standards - To organize immediately the guest needs under intimation to Senior Housekeeping supervisor - Manage guest requests, including VIP amenities and communicating them to the relevant team members/department - Routine inspection of guest bedrooms to ensure they meet standards - Aware of all room categories and amenities set up - Achieve positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner - Carry out lost and found procedures. - Report Maintenance issues to Maintenance/Engineering Department. - Assist Senior Housekeeping Supervisor with training requirements. - Comply with Hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation - Managing on room fix asset moment day by day - Performing on room inventory count as monthly - Manage on dispose items as quarterly - Help with Ad-hoc tasks when requested by Operation Manager

Jobs Requirement

- Completed of High school - 2-3 years of working experience in 4-5 Hotels or service apartment - Good interpersonal skills to interact with people at all levels - Good command of written and Speaking English - Honesty, hardworking, good attitude and pleasant - Good problem solving and decision making skill - Computer literate (MS.
