-Lead a team of field sales executives to perform regular dealer visitations, and to achieve sales target as assigned by the company Develop and assign daily route plan to field sales executives Develop & evaluate on the job performance of sales team, and provide guidance whenever necessary Develop field sales team capability through coaching and training Ensure timeliness in execution of operational KPI including but not limited to cash collection, dealer visitation, POSM execution Ensure diligent management of product inventory Provide regular market feedback to field sales manager
