-Lead and manage field sales force located in various provinces to attain sales and operational goals as assigned by company -Establish regional sales objectives by creating a sales plan, visitation plan for provinces in support of overall company objectives -Expand Smart dealer base by counseling field sales supervisor, building and maintaining the relationship with dealers and identify channel expansion opportunities Accomplish regional sales force human resources objective of recruiting, selecting, developing and disciplining field sales teams in assigned provinces -Achieve regional sales operational objectives by contributing information and recommendation to strategic plans, completing action plans, and resolving operational problems.

-Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business or any related field Good in English and Khmer, both written and spoken -Minimum 5 years of sales management experience Sales Planning Territory management -Presentation skills Performance management Relationship building Strong organization skills.
