• Responsible for operational relate to purchasing from PO until shipment is received timely. • Monitor Order Status from time to time to ensure delivery time meet the requirement date. • Organize lead and purchase all items mostly with the oversea supplier. • Receive and review the purchase request, from sale departments. • To Prepare purchase order and Ensure all PR are properly signed and approved • Maintain good relationship with suppliers • Prepare purchase request (PR), purchase order (PO). • Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line company requirement. • Prepare Goods received report and assist the checking work with warehouse controller. • Key in the purchase goods into system for inventory control purpose. • Coordinate and manage all purchasing activities assigned by manager. • Perform other duties as assigned by top management.

• Male or female from 18 year old up. • Relevant working experience in relevant industry is preferred (fresh graduates are also welcome) • Have experience in purchasing, commercials or relation field • Good knowledge in social and media network. • Can speak Chinese language, plus English is preferable. • Excellent communications and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal customers. • Resourceful, self-driven, proactive and independent employee • Hardworking and meticulous with positive attitude. • With a strong price analysis and market analysis capabilities, excellent contract negotiation • Proficient in use of Microsoft office applications (words, Excel & PowerPoint internet email). ***Benefits: - More get salary. - Incentive / Bonus. - Allowance: Phone Card and Gasoline. - Insurance. -​ Yearly Increase Salaries.
