- Manage general warehouse staff for efficient day to day operations, inventory and warehouse - To monitor and manage team to achieved KPI - Supervising daily activities of the warehouse floor, and equipment through the team to maintain the quality at specified levels, meeting with the delivery schedule as required by customers and keeping costs in line according to company budget guideline - Maintain and update "warehouse operations " inventory control records on product since receiving until dispatching - Prepare/Consolidate/Follow up daily, weekly and monthly performance reports - Coordinate with concern parties to get the requirement from them

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any related fields - Good knowledge/experience in procurement and ware house - Microsoft Office programs, SAP - Good planning, supervisory skills, coordination, interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to convince and to handle conflicts, creative, target focused - Integrity and good coordination skill - Cost/ Result driven with the initiative thinking - Good planning & organizing skills - Effective Negotiation skills is preferable. - Maintenance storage area by organizing floor space, adhering to store design principle, recommending improvements. - Keeps equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdown, requiring preventive maintenance.
