- Meet with customers to obtain information for vehicle/mortgage loan applications and evaluates loan applications and documentation by confirming credit worthiness. - Work out the applicants' financial status, credit rating and collateral property’s evaluations to meet the KYC. Then, appraisal of customer loan applications and make recommendations of feasibility granting loans. - Write up credit application report adjoin with supporting material/documentation and summit to Senior Loan Officer. - Explaining clearly terms and conditions, fee charges and provisions of loan to applicants before processing legal documentation, agreement‘s thump printing, signatures and notarization. - Respond answering the questions to customers regarding products and services of loan. Maintains customer top confidence by keeping loan information confidential. - Any other duties assigned by the Credit Manager. - Other: The Company encourage for a priority if candidate obtains other related knowledge to audit, financial skills, financial software, customer service, thoroughness, confidentiality, analyzing Information, decision-making, verbal communication, professionalism and quality focus.

- Bachelor or Associate degree or any related fields. - Understanding Vehicle and Mortgage Lending. - At least 1-2years experience in any related fields - Able to understanding Vehicle and Mortgage Loan customer. - Good written and interpersonal communication skills in English, Chinese is advantage - Able to write credit proposal/reports in Khmer and English. - Obtain communication skills, flexible work, and multiple tasks. - Understand KYC and negotiation and presentation skills - Able in using relevant software applications - Ability to build rapport with customers with different backgrounds
