- Ensure completion of all activities in preparing and sorting documents related to animal data records entry and data management in the database software. - Enter animal data into the animal data system. - Manages the animal colony census including current animal locations, statuses and other inventory information as necessary in the Animal Data Base. - Trouble shoot data entered into the Animal Data Base. - Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output. - Checks to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted. - keep information confidential. - Provide administrative support to senior management including file preparation, report generation, filing, copying word processing and other projects as assigned. - Generates reports, both standard and as requested, and conducts other related tasks as requested. - Other duty as assigned by immediate supervisor.

- Cambodian Male or Female - Bachelor degree in IT or relevant qualification. - Have good computer skill (Microsoft office, internet and email). - 3 years working experience in the related field is a plus. - Confident and good command of both written and spoken English. - Good communication, interpersonal skills, teamwork, hard working, and ability to work under pressure and closely interact with immediate supervisor. - Professional experiences on cross-cultural management and can effectively deal with people from a very broad range of cultural and professional backgrounds. - Perform other duties as assigned by direct supervisor and/or head of division. - Willingness to work in a flexible schedule.
