•Interviews workers to gather information on worker attitudes toward work environment and supervision received to facilitate resolution of employee relations problems •Explains to workers the company and governmental rules, regulations, and procedures, and need for compliance. •Work closely with Trade Union and address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns. •Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations •Update knowledge of legal or regulatory environments •Work cooperatively with workers to define staffing needs required to support staff engagement programs.

•Bachelor or Master degree in human resource or related fields •3 years’ experience in the related area as an individual contribute •Strong understanding of the workings •Excellent interpersonal skills •Good English for communication and Chinese is plus.
