•Develops and administers human resources programs and policies including staffing, compensation, benefits, immigration, employee relations, training, and health and safety. •Ensures human resources strategies align with organizational business goals. •Supervises human resources processes to ensure efficient operations for the organization. •Coordinate the local recruitment program and implement effective recruitment and selection process for all employees •Confer with management to develop or implement personnel policies or procedures. •Analyze employment-related data and prepare required reports. (eg. Evaluate effectiveness of personnel policies or practices, prepare operational reports.) •Schedule or conduct new employee orientations. (e.g. Develop training materials, Train personnel to enhance job skills) •Prepare or maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software.

•Bachelor or Master degree in human resource or related fields •3 years’ experience in the related area as an individual contribute •Strong understanding of the workings •Excellent interpersonal skills •Good English for communication and Chinese is plus.
