- The Art director establishes the conceptual and stylistic direction for design staff (and design by him/herself) and orchestrates their work, as well as the work of production artists, photographers, illustrators, prepress technicians, printers and anyone else who is involved in the development of a project. - Confer with clients to determine objectives, budget, background information, and presentation approaches, styles, and techniques. - Create custom illustrations or other graphic elements. - Mark up, paste, and complete layouts, and write typography instructions to prepare materials for typesetting or printing. - Conceptualize and help design interfaces for multimedia products and devices. - Prepare detailed storyboards showing sequence and timing of story development for television production - Other duties assigned by Senior Art Director.

- At least 5 years’ experience in similar position - MBA or BBA of Design programs –Engineer - Sound well of computer skills in design programs and Artist - Can speak English well for communication and writing - Creative flair, originality and a strong visual sense. - Strong knowledge in Adobe Creative Suites (Photoshop, Illustrator and In-Design) - Must be team player and willing to work longer hours if necessary. - Expert knowledge in graphic production process. - Able to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision. - Flexible and easy-going in catching the core points on clients’ concept - Be creative and innovative and keep track with social changes - Be able to accept under work pressure - Honest to the team and company - Be strong commitment - Able to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
