- Prepare and control stationary - Maintain welfare of the company - Handle all staff problem - Ensure staffs are working in the safe and positive working environment - where there is no discrimination, harassment, violation, office politics and dangers. - Arrange and check day to day document; - Receive and process incoming and outgoing mail; - Attend and take minutes of meetings, both in the office and at other locations; - Prepare the job announcement of all vacancies. - Manage an effective employee leave management - Prepare employee contract and other relevant documents - Manage all the process of the job recruitment. - Prepare shortlisted candidate list and updated - - Prepare and report the monthly head counting and recruitment of the candidate in each department. - Prepare the organization structure of all the departments and making the job description of each position in the department. - Prepare monthly report of the recruitment process to Management - Perform other duties as instructed by manager.
