-Ensuring day-to-day accounting transactions recorded and properly supported by sufficient documents; -Performing monthly close and preparation of financial statements, including the reconciliations and supplemental schedules to support the statements; -Coordinates and tracks physical count of fixed assets; -Reconciliation of month end inventory count; -Monitoring monthly dues of loan payable and overdraft facilities; -Reviewing end of day reconciliation of purchases of paddy and rice; -Reviewing bank reconciliation; -Reviewing cash on hand reconciliation; -Reviewing Inventory in transit held by the Logistics Company; -Assisting the preparation of budget and forecast activities; -Assisting the requirements of external auditors; -Preparing and submitting monthly and yearly tax declaration to General Department of Taxation; and -Other duties as assigned.

-Bachelor's Degree in Accounting of Finance. -4+ years of Accounting Experience. -Knowledge of computer accounting systems such as QuickBooks, Sage Accpac, or SAP will be added advantage. -Ability to manage multiple tasks and good time management skills. -Manufacturing Experience a plus.
