Master Sales Volume Report - Active wholesalers’ volume consolidation - Ensure timely report to be shared with relevant areas managers on their respective team inclusion of DR & Trade marketing executives - Provide analysis and trend of respective Market Analyst & Field Audit - Analyse the on-going in market activation program effectiveness through proper analysis of pre and during program to ensure timely decision undertaken - Create and follow the system for field audit to ensure that in market standards are followed, including total calls, reporting, marketing and trade activation activities - Conduct random spot checks on marketing activities - Conduct audits to ensure compliance with all BAT and trade standards - Collect relevant competitor activity and ensure enough insights provided - Collect market feedback through both DR/trade as well as from Call center team - Function call centre operation for both trade & brand side Accountable the below with the support of sales admin: Sales Coordinator: - To perform the actual sales update in the system every month-end in alignment with the sales report as well as with Finance FOC Release: - To post FOC/Cig. allowance in system as requested by brand, trade or other functions. - To ensure that Monthly FOC Advance & Clear Tracking Record is accurate. D&D Report and Process: - To coordinate D&D process - To ensure that D&D volume and value is accurate - To ensure consistency between D&D quantity received & quantity returned. - To make sure that D&D Write Off Report is submitted to Finance on every D&D received. - To ensure that the D&D Destruction process is in compliance with D&D policy. - To lead on D&D destruction as per requirement and approval.

- Background of Business administration qualification is required - Minimum 3-year working experience in multinational company preferably with research background - Solid analytical skill - Excellent verbal and written communication - Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills - Strong computer literacy - Able to work with minimum supervision and must organize own procedures and work priorities
