Jobs Description

- Monitor the day-to- day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions - Oversee finance and admin department - Review statutory tax report - Track the company & financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement - Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company - Research and analyze financial reports - Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making - Review financial data and prepare weekly, monthly and annual reports - Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, and executives in formal meetings - Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company - To manage personnel procedures in relation to recruitment, training, appraisals, ensuring these are properly documented , and advise on relevant policies - To ensure the overall smooth running of the company’s internal administration and its cost-effectiveness - Other tasks assigned by Managing Director.

Jobs Requirement

- Degree in finance or accounting, or a related field - 3 to 5 years of experiences in finance or accounting supervision role. An experience in trading company is preferred. - Fluent in both spoken and written English - Knowledge of the accounting systems(QuickBooks) - Computer literacy (word, power point and advanced knowledge of Excel spreadsheets) - Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure and to handle multi tasks - Superior mathematical skills and leadership skills - Superior attention to detail, research and analytical skills - Critical thinking skills, problem-solving skills, integrity and honesty. ** Interested candidates are advised to email their resume and covering letter to muoyhoang@toysnme.net or drop their CV at 159A, Mao Tse Toung Blvd, Boeung Keng Karng III, Chamkarmorn no later than Jan 15, 2017 at 5 pm.
