- Work closely with Finance Manager - Supervise and coach Account Payable (AP) team - Build a good relationship with suppliers - Review supplier listing and ensure that payment is prepared on time with proper supporting documents - Review relevant transactions and AP reporting posted into accounting software - Initiate ideas for work improvement - Other tasks as required by the management

- Bachelor degree in accounting and ACCAstudent is preferable - 1-2 years experiences in similar capacity - Good interpersonal skill - High commitment toward job objectives - High discipline, creative and innovative - Reliable, flexible, fast learner, and hard working - Good command in English - Good Excel skill - Good knowledge of QuickBooks Accounting system is preferable - Knowledgeable of Mandarin is preferable.
