Main Roles and Responsibilities: Build and strengthen relationship with customers and retail staff. Identifying consumers’ needs and usage habit and link to product benefit. Communicate about devices and services to consumers Communicate about how devices and services satisfy consumer needs Support retailers in driving sell-out Train retail staff regarding product knowledge and selling skill. Complete daily/weekly visit data (as requested by Team Leader/supervisor) Install and maintain POSM, dummy and Display/demo phones

Requirements: Minimum 1-year experience as retail sales person in computers, consumer electronics or phones or others Minimum education High School/University graduate above average grades. Customer service, customer confidence and positive mindset. Able to deliver under pressure and work without everyday supervision.
