- Divide the roles and jobs of the staff - Responsible and lead all activities in the art center - Staff management and annual staff performance appraisal - Manage activities and performances both inside and outside the center - Manage the art items and other equipment in the center - Create new plans and performances for the project to be progressive - Make contact with other company to make income through performance - Attend an NGO meeting and other necessary training - Prepare monthly meetings - Make a monthly, quarterly and annual report to management - Establish communication between other team leader and staff members and all children in M'Lop Tapang
