- Be able to speak, listen and write English - Proven ability to make stunning videos in great quality with special effects like after effect and other professional video tools and video design editing functions. - Be able to working on Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere and After Effect). - Must be able to create professional videos on their own without need for training. - Must have a portfolio of sample videos we can see which are of high quality produced work. We can not pay for practice time for candidates. -Able to work on their own and independently, a self-starter without need for supervision - Team oriented individual - Willing to learn new things, challenging and creative - Have high self-discipline and responsibility - Passionate about social causes and issues Highly Desirable Additional qualifications: - Has education in video design - Formal work experience in professional design - Has overcome significant adversity in life while maintaining honorable standards and values and has a strong belief system rooted in honorable life and completely against all forms of corruption.
