Coordinate sales and business initiatives and integrate sales processes across the company in the market. • Assist in developing brand identity and recognition in the market. • Contact potential and existing customer on the phone, by email, and in person • Ensure that customers’ problems and concerns are answered and handled. • Proactively ensure that you are fully able to use all company products • Explain and demonstrate our products to customers • Respond quickly to customer calls and messages • Calling appointed customers and briefing the services • Keep a record of all communications with customers • Keep customer information up to date • Prepare PowerPoint presentations for customers • Assist management in determining company strategy, goals, and sales methods • Assist in organizing sales and marketing meetings and events
