Jobs Description

** Duties : 1. Develop the monthly and quarterly work plan 2. Assist the provincial coordinator to conduct the training workshop to local authorities on prevention and protection of human trafficking and risky migration 3. Coordinate the meeting with local authorities in the target communes to discuss and provide technical support in order to integrate human trafficking related issues into their commune development plans (CDPs) and commune investment programs (CIPs) and to mobilize resources, 4. Collaborate with local authorities and CCWCs to identify and to organize meetings with those vulnerable families to explain the policy of livelihood options, 5. Work closely with local authority, the Social workers and other project staff of CCPCR to form and establish the Self Help Groups, 6. Collaborate with the saving group committee members to conduct the assessment with at risk people (ARPs) in the target communes to identify and select for providing the training workshop on the livelihood, financial literacy and also small business plans. 7. Coordinate with the relevant stakeholders to conduct the livelihood and financial literacy trainings with the at risk people (ARPs) identified and selected at the target communes, 8. Coordinate to conduct the monthly follow up meeting with saving group members, agriculture cooperative members, and also families started up the small business livelihood to provide the technical support and coaching to ensure sustainable and functioning after the phase out of the project. 9. Facilitate meetings between the families and financial institutions to discuss income generation opportunities and other social support, policies and guidelines available, 10. Reporting/update the project progress (monthly and quarterly) 11. Ensure their businesses are safe, free of child labor and that they are profitable and sustainable considering the local market environment 12. Assist the provincial coordinator to organize the monthly follow up meeting with Moto Dop members to discuss and share the knowledge and experiences relating to prevention and protection against human trafficking at the Khmer and Thailand-Koh Kong borders. 13. Prepare “lessons learned” documents related to successful self-help groups and share these lessons with other institutions in the Province,

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor degree of Agriculture or 3 years work experience in local NGOs specifically related to agriculture field with the vulnerable families in the community, - Computer literacy in MS Word, Power Point, and Excel, e-mail and internet, - Good report and case study writing skills, - Excellent communication skills and fluency in Khmer (including strong writing skills), - Proficiency in English considered very beneficial, - Good motivation; ability to work as a team, - Knowledge of appropriate laws and regulations, - Policy formulation, - Fully able to embrace organizational values and possess a high level of commitment towards the mission of CCPCR, ** All positions are full-time and salary is based on previous experience/education.
