- Check and receive income - Control daily cash income, handling cash collection and report daily. - Maintain and update all administrative and information systems and process as required. - Managing and resolving customer complaints through phone calls & verbal - Providing excellent customers service and promotional information - Keep the front office area tidy and look attractive. - Make arrangement for school tour. - Welcomes visitors by greeting them and being respectful to them. - Organize meeting between school principal/management team with the parents.

- Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance or related supject - Minimum 1-3 year experiences in related area. - Knowledge of international school and school operations - Excellent in English-spoken and written form - Good telephone & verbal communication skills. - Computer literacy (MS Word,Excel,Power Point, E-mail, etc.) - Pleasant personality and the ability to act with the highest degree of professionalism. - Be punctual and have a high sense of responsibility and customer focused - Be Dynamic and be flexible - Willing to learn new things - Strong time management & organizational skills.. - Good skills in administrative affairs. - Ability to work across a team and handle high pressure situations. - Strong moral ethics and values
