• Plan, manage, evaluate and ensure successful outcome of the learning & development interventions of the program as planned • Maintain cooperation and proper dialog with the partner-institutes • Maintain the dialogue with the departments involved in OJT, collect their qualifications of the students and consider their proposals for adjustments and improvements • Manage, develop and engage team members to fully perform current and future tasks • Perform other related duties as assigned

• Bachelor Degree of Technical education or related field • Knowledge of adult learning & development • 7 years of technical teaching for adult or related fields. • Microsoft Office programs, • Good written and speaking in English • Facilitating skills • Stakeholder relationship management • Interpersonal and communication • Project management
