- Provide recruitment consulting service to Managements; - Identify and recommend effective recruitment channels to management - Review and update all job descriptions - Select suitable candidate from database or other channels; - Schedule /call to selected candidates to join interview; - Conduct interviews of the selected candidate; - Prepare candidate's summary report and send to managements; - Join the final interview with candidate and managements; - Prepare weekly report and other reports in recruitment team; - Keep good relation with employer and candidates; - Do job posting on website or other channels; - Sourcing candidates via social network LinkedIn, Facebook, Head hunt, and other channels. - Other tasks assigned by Managers.

- Bachelor Degree of Human Resources, management or related field - At least 2 years of experience in HR recruitment field - Sound knowledge on Cambodia Labour Law - Good network will be an advantage - Very good in English language / Chinese is a plus - Very good in communication and problem solving skills - High responsibility and commitment with positive attitude; - Strong team work and team spirit. - Be flexible, honest
