- Set up and develop guidelines, manual, process and policy of accounting department to ensure high quality of internal control. - Create mechanism to manage cash flow of the company - Oversee bookkeeping function including maintenance the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable etc., - Process settlement through internet banking, checks and cash - Review payment request to suppliers and dealers to ensure that there are no errors - Reconcile balance sheet GL accounts to ensure quality of financial reports - Classify fixed assets and assign fixed asset coding, and prepare fixed asset listing and monthly fixed asset depreciation - Monitor revenue, recording receipts and prepare reconciliation summary - Review monthly Tax Return such as Withholding tax, Value added tax, Prepayment Profit Tax, and annual tax on profit - Advise and provide solution of tax issues
