- In charge of the entire store and the employees that work within - In charge of the operation of the store, making sure it runs smoothly, cleanly and meets any budget or sales goals - Plan and promote the daily schedule of employees and the business, interview, hire, coordinate and discipline employees - Make sure the store is stocked, clean and in proper working order - Create and maintain budgets and coordinate with and report to senior management - Manage the store, business in general and keep communication well - Keep track of staff documents, salary and record their work flow.

Great customer service skills will help to solve issues before they become problems and help create customer loyalty. - Education background: Graduate in any General Management Courses - Work Experience: 2-3 years in the same field - Good level of English - Chinese speaking would be a plus
