- Prepare the costing for Goods Received and input into the system - Participate in the report of Cash Flow Forecast - Participate to prepare the financial report assigned by Accounting Manager - Prepare the Custom Report & submit the report to Bavet custom office - Control AR & AP ageing report - Verify all payments to suppliers with proper support documents before submit to manager for approval - Verify all payment from customers with proper support documents - Prepare the summary payments to supplier weekly - Prepare the summary payments to Road Express - Accounts reconciliation - Do monthly bank reconciliation - Control exchange gain from cashiers in the shop - Daily update for customer’s consignment in warehouse - Other tasks assigned by Manager
