• Responsible for smooth business operations of the Café Shop • Improvement and push staff to be standard and manage them to do follow by recipe that issue by company • Set strategic planning and take initiative action for the growth of the business • Works and follows up closely with all department heads to ensure the team workforce is strengthened and problems is fixed • Prepare annual budget planning on business operations for Director • Others relevant tasks given from time to time

• Bachelor Degree in field of Management, Marketing or Finance • Minimum 1 years working experiences in business operations or management level, preferably from F&B background and Café Shop. • Good management and leadership abilities • Good command of English • Detail oriented personality, strong commitment and honest • Good communication and negotiations ability • Knowledge in business management, research/survey activities • Knowledge in Café and Coffee
