- Calling and following up with outstanding customers for payment - To ensure on time collection from customers. - Prepared & estimate cash collection weekly and monthly - Do plan for collection monthly and weekly - Maintain and keep document related to client term and credit form - Drive vehicles to visit clients and deliver bills or monthly client statement to clients. - Received payment and post amount paid to customer account. - Persuade customer to pay amount due on credit accounts or non payable cheque - Record information about financial status of customers and status of collection efforts - Arrange for debt payment or establish repayment schedule base on customers financial situation - Locate and notify customer of delinquent account by mail , telephone, or personal visit in order to solicit payment - Confer with customer by telephone or in person to determine reasons for overdue payment and to review the terms of sales, service or credit contracts. - Advise customers of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment. - Perform various administrative functions for assigned accounts, such as recording address changes and purging the records of deceased customers. - Liaise with lawyer or authority to take action for bad clients. - Stock control - Some administrative job assign by management

Jobs Requirement

- Excellent communication in English. - Strong in basic accounting principles and good analytical skill. - Graduated of BBA of Accounting or Related field - At least one year experience in A/R task - Own Motorcycle, Able to collect money outside and willingness to go - Able to work independently with minimum supervision. - Pro-active, resourceful, reliable, honest, committed with good communication and interpersonal skills - Positive attitude, result-oriented, meticulous with high level of integrity - Never be against the severe traffic violations and criminal We offer a competitive remuneration package which will commensurate with qualifications and experiences.
