- Lead in the implement of sale plan monthly and give feedback of the result - Field coaching and train sales team as required - Assist sales supervisor on the development and implement of KRA with the area of responsibility - Check or follow through the sales representative implement of marketing plans and results, give feedback to the supervisor - Develop teamwork in the area and motivate sales representative to take extra effort to deliver the sales target - Check monitor and control on the stock deliveries in area of coverage, coordinate with delivery team leader in the area and delivery supervisor on delivery route plan - Development product information to the sales representative or coordinate with marketing on product knowledge training requirement - Field audit or fieldwork with sales representative area regularly

- Bachelor degree in Marketing/business management or related fields - Must be minimum 3 years in professional experience in fast moving consumer goods or pharma sales or marketing position - Proactive, challenging and creative idea to resolve the problem - Pleasant personality, positive attitude & open-minded - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent spoken & written English language - Computer literate – Ms office, Internet and email
