1/ Sales, marketing and facilitation activities -Implement business plan and activities plan and the sales strategy and technique -Ensure that the objectives and targets must be reached -Implement the marketing plan and coordinate the organization of awareness campaigns, events, marketing activations on the field with the support to the PCA -Develop and strengthen good partnerships with MFI staffs, Health facilities and other partners in the working area -Conduct training and support to MFI staffs on products communication, meetings, orientation, field visit to MFI staffs -Coordinate the handling process for complaints and solving problem with MFI partners 2/ Report -Ensure the member monthly report and claim into PKMIS -Regular reports (sales, activities, etc.) to Regional Manager -Other tasks as requested by supervisor

-University degree in Marketing/ Business Management or equivalent -At least 1 years of proven professional experience in a similar position, candidates from MFI who intend to develop a career with Micro-Insurance are strongly encouraged to apply. -Good verbal communication skills in Khmer and English -Flexible attitude, independent, and teamwork personality -Good understanding of local market, people and culture -Flexibility (e.g. adjusting to changing circumstances and working on a variety of tasks) -Computer literate MS Word, Excel, Power -Be able to traveling by motorbike to the fields The position is opened to Khmer national.
