Research agency CRM targets and set meetings. Meet current clients and sell CRM product. Build relationships by understanding their company in detail, their business needs and their marketing needs. Recommend marketing initiatives and strategies (including realestate.com.kh) to support their business growth. Ensure that agencies understand the value of using realestate.com.kh to market their properties, and ensure that these agencies are engaging with the website regularly. Ensure these agencies and individual agencies understand the CRM platform perfectly and know how to use all functionality. Report back to delivery team on any issues that agencies are facing using the CRM and other marketing initiatives. Selling certified listings, magazine and other agency marketing upgrades. Follow up these agencies for ongoing support, and track their account growth on the CRM and website. Introduce new products to agencies as the relationship matures, and set meetings for sales with the agency sales manager. Attend industry events to meet new prospective clients. Assist in managing realestate.com.kh events related to agent training and networking.

- Bachelor degree in Sale & Marketing - Experience in property company or property agency is essential. - Have good verbal and writing communication skill in Khmer, English & Chines. - Be honest and willing to learn - Ability to work as both team and individual - Ability to work under pressure
