• Record and process journals to ensure that business transaction are properly documented • Update Account receivable and issue invoices • Update account payable and facilitate adjustment • Assist in the preparation of balance sheets, profit/loss reports and financial statements that respond to legal and organizational accounting and financial statements • Provide assistance with expenditure control, salary recording as assigned • Update Financial data into systems to ensure that specific information is available and available at the right time • Prepare weekly and monthly reports • Assisting senior accountants to prepare monthly and yearly listings • Assist in accountability planning • Perform another tasks as assigned
