- Reporting to the senior officers - Carry out Promotion campaigns - Identify, source and develop new customers; - Assisting in assessment on customers character & financial ability; - Liaise with commune office for verification of documents; - Collect and verifying customer’s information; - Conduct site visits and assisting in loan assessment; - Assisting in after disbursement re-assessment; - Chase arrears and follow up with clients with arrears; - Assisting in recovery actions against non-payers; - Making report of loan activities to senior officers and managers; - Communicate with commune office, authorities and other organizations;

- University student in Business, Finance or related field; - Have at least 6 months working experience and prefer in microfinance; - Willing to meet new customers and do daily outdoor works; - Hardworking and responsible; - Be fluent in Khmer both speaking and writing; - Honest, Trustworthy, Good attitude and behavior; - Flexible as needed in handling situation; - Has own motorbike; and - Live in the above said areas.
