- Work location is in Preah Sihanouk Province - Be the interface with the local authorities and local representatives for all issues related to the project. - Perform the procurement activities of project. - Manage the interfaces with the local Authorities for what concerns: Permits, Consents, Inspections, compliance with rules and regulations - Manage the interfaces with local representatives for exchange of information and technical / contractual issues - Prepare requisition order and support procurement activities relevant to the project.

- High school / University degree - 5 years related work experience in procurement, and preferable experience in working with local authorities - Be effective in relations with all local stakeholders - Maintaining excellent level of communication and cooperation - Knowledge of Cambodian laws and regulations relevant to the power sector and to the construction industry - Good English language Our Company offers attractive salary and fringe benefits for the right candidates who are looking for career development and long-term employment with the Company.
