- Gain a deep understanding of customer segmentation, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, and drive for growth - Create product vision both internally and with key external partners, and ensuring the product or brand objectives are achieved within the approved resources - Manage information gaps, market research, and assess competitive activities - Manage product / brand plan and develop product pricing and positioning strategies - Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes - Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact - Drive product launches including working with stakeholders and other team members to ensure successful launching - Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed - Define promo mats (brochures, gimmicks, documents…) to be used in the year. - Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding - Represent the company by visiting the target customers to solicit feedback on company products - Ensure that field force understand the communication strategy and the action plan by providing them the training, and regular plan of action (POA) in a simplified vision

• Education: ~ University degree in field of medical ( Diploma of Pharmacist / Medical Doctor ) • Experience: ~ Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager or medico marketing lead at least 2 years • Knowledge & Skills: ~ Solid background and understanding of Cambodia pharmaceutical industry ~ Ability to develop product and marketing strategies ~ Strong problem solving skills ~ Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization ~ Good written and verbal communication skills both English and Khmer
