** Controlling: - Prepare annual budget, budget forecasting both short and long range plan. - Monitor actual sale performance and actual expenses versus annual budged - Support marketing department on preparing or developing business case - Provide accurate level of information to be align with strategy and reality, related to actuals, variances and plan on price and commercial policy - Continuous tracking sales performance versus monthly sale trend, budget, forecasting in order to provide feedback to the management - Continuous tracking of expenses versus budget in order to provide feedback to the management - Prepare P&L for each product brand and consolidate to the business units level from Sale-Out to business operating income - Prepare monthly country performance deck as per requested by stakeholders - Ad-hoc analysis regarding the financial performance - Support controlling Manager to develop new finance model - Perform other tasks assigned by Controlling Manager/Head of Finance/General Manager/Indochina/Region/Group. ** Pricing Involvement - Prepare new or revise price in collaboration with internal teams and according to third parties agreement - Ensure consistency and update of product list, in collaboration with Accounting and Supply Chain - Prepare transfer price with analysis - Pricing and commercial policy schemes financial impacts assessments - Responsible for pricing, commercial condition, commercial policy, discount allocation/provision by product. ** SOP and Compliance: - Validate commercial policy proposals - Ensure group & local procedures, included internal control are properly applied. - Be a key gatekeeper regarding the compliance of activities and provide regular feedback to management - Participate in SOP updates on a regular basis

- Bachelor degree in Accounting / Finance - At least 3 years of professional experience in the auditing / accounting / Finance and at least 2 years in controlling position for a multinational company - Professional experience in a company with knowledge of the Pharma sector - Proficiency in Ms Office + QuickBooks - Good Command in English
