- Ensure monthly sales target plan is achieved. - Prospect market segment of focus products in the own area, find out the innovative strategies, discuss with RSM, and effectively implement. - Maintain and build good business relationship with the existing customer. - Find out the new potential dealers and outlets to keep expanding the market. - Offer the customer for basis products or focus products with a good product knowledge. - Prepare a call plan and visit plan (weekly and monthly) and discuss with RSM about the effectiveness of plan; - Resolve with dealer & customer complaints by investigating the problems, developing solution, immediately report and making recommendation to RSM. - Coordinate with all staff regarding the payment, the account receivables, and the stock in order to give good image to the company. - Lead the execution of sales program in specific area/channel and sharing knowledge (including role play) among the team to increase the competencies of the team. - Prepare and submitted sales report in daily, weekly, and monthly with supporting data. - Other tasks assigned by the regional sales manager.
