- Ensures compliance with policies and procedures of the school. - Manages schedules, teachings, coaching and trainings. - Works closely with teachers to identify student’s health problems. - Works with parents to take children to get appropriate treatment at other health facilities (Health center, AHC, and others…). - Assists in identification of the health related educational needs of students, families and school staff. - Provides basic health education to children and communities such as hand washing and tooth brushing. - Participates in performance/program improvement assessment and improvement plan development and implementation. - Participates in school/community educational programs as appropriate. - Assists in design of health education posters for school. - Liaises with local health government staff. - Assists in first aid training and other health training and education to students and teachers. - Works closely with school teachers to make sure soap is always available for hand washing. - Assists in regular monitoring of students’ behavior regarding hand hygiene and tooth brushing. - Assists in conducting student’ health screenings for Eye and Dental. - Conducts hiring, training, directing, development and evaluating of staff. - Develops monthly and yearly work plan. - Monitors and adheres to budget. - Performs other administrative functions such as reporting and audits. - Performs other duties as assigned. - Able to works with volunteers.

- Bachelor's or Associate degree of Nursing is essential, - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospital Administration and/or Master's degree in Nursing would be beneficial but is not essential. - The degree must have been obtained from one of the schools approved by the Ministry of Health (MoH), Kingdom of Cambodia. - Five years’ work experience as registered nurse is required. - Nursing License registered with nursing council. - Seminars, workshops and training related to policies and guidelines for school health. - 2-3 years’ experience in supervision and management in field work. - Basic Computer skills (Words, Excel, Outlook and Unicode). - Strong communication, listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - English would be advantage. - Ability to learn and adopt new technical skills.
