Main Duties and Responsibilities - Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners - Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades - Repairing equipment and replacing parts - Checking computer equipment for electrical safety - Managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies - Item SKU lookup by product number or description with bar code scanner integration - Support for cross and up-selling through related product suggestions based on buying habits - Running order total for products purchases - Other work assigned by management
