* Lead and manage field sales force located in various provinces to attain sales and operational goals as assigned by the company. * Establish regional sales objectives by creating a sales plan, visitation plan for provinces in support of overall company objectives. * Expand dealer base by counseling field sales supervisor, building and maintaining a relationship with dealers and identify channel expansion opportunities Accomplish regional sales force human resources objective of recruiting, selecting, developing and disciplining field sales teams in assigned provinces. * Achieve regional sales operational objectives by contributing information and recommendation to strategic plans, completing action plans, and resolving operational problems.
