- Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, and attending trade shows and conferences. - Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and to explain how specific products and services can meet these needs. - Help customers select products based on the customers’ needs, product specifications, and regulations. - Answer customers’ questions about prices, availability, and product uses. - Receive requests by telephone for price quotations/verifications, purchase orders, and changes or cancellations directly from customers. - Respond immediately to customer inquiries/information needs and provides positive, courteous service to customers; answers questions prices, delivery times, customer service, and payment collection. - Submits sales activity and forecast reports to Sales Manager; provides briefings to Sales Manager as necessary or as requested. - Performs any other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or related field - Previous experience of driving channel sales within the telecommunications industry - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationship with channel partners - Demonstrated abilities to rally and motivate sales teams - Strong network within the telecommunications industry - Analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with decision making ability - Proven project management skills managing multiple, large scale initiatives - Proficiency in English communication - Possess own transport
