- Greeting and warmly welcoming customers. - Booking a flight via booking system or hotel if there is any request from customer. - Keeping good relationship with customers - Solving problems to customers if any assistance. - Promoting company’s services. - Offering the satisfied services to customers. - Joining seminars from airlines. - Learning more about airlines. - Doing other tasks assigned by superior.

- High school or Bachelor degree in tourism or related major. - Having at least one year of experience working as a ticketing is preferable. - Good communication in Khmer and English. Knowing Chinese is advantageous . - Ability to work under pressure and able to manage time frame. - Flexible and willing to learn new things to improve work quality. - Willing to work as team, creative and good at negotiation - Possess good computer skills – Word, Excel, Outlook. - Customer-service orientation.
