1. Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule and plan 2. Ensure planned KPI’s of efficiency and performance are met or exceeded 3. Monitoring and production analyze for maximize output with lower costs 4. Manage and supervises work management to be in line with the system in order to deliver products to customer on time 5. Track competencies of subordinates and provide leadership and development as required to achieve the objectives 6. Ensure efficient utilization of manpower plan by monthly and yearly, equipment and materials. 7. Insure the alignment of the manufacturing organization with the company vision, purpose and priorities. 8. Coordinate in line section and with different departments in the manufacturing plant be effective operation. 9. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies, systems and processes 10. Ensure complete compliance to prescribed QMS, GMP’s 11. Cross-train worker teams for maximum production flexibility 12. Others task assigned by manufacturing Manager

- Bachelor degree in field related - Male or Female - Open to all local and expat - At least 8 years with garment is preferably intimate apparel - Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word & PowerPoint - Fluent and conversational English Skill and Chinese language will be advantage
