- Set up policy and discipline in packing - Following up with MPC, Warehouse for material packaging materials - Chasing Finishing Goods from Production Line and PPC - Manage and monitor finished garment stock from final QC and finished goods - Preparing the packaging standard and carton layout send for approval - Setting the target for operator and general workers - Container and truck checker (layout) before loading - Preparing loading checking list (Detail) - Checking the finish goods to make sure all it corrected before loading out - Prepare daily, monthly and yearly report - Manage and arrange manpower plan, leading and coaching staff for understand well before starting - Monitor and check movement report before sent to finance department - Set up packing process flow and guide to packing operator - Manage and set up packing plan and follow up the plan to be completed with schedule. - Coordinate with all departments and shipping department for PO# and style for shipment on time - Manage packing plans and organize work in a manner that support exceeding daily standard production rates while maintaining compliance with safety regulatory and quality standards - Others task which assigned by Head of Department.

Bachelor degree - At least 3 years of work experience packing or production in manufacturing - Experience in private sector or garment factory is highly desirable - Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word & PowerPoint - Fluent and conversational English skill is required - Good knowledge of warehouse management - Highly experienced in employee relations/ solving problem HOW TO APPLY Interested candidates are invited to apply by sending a Cover Letter and CV with expectation salary and a recent photograph.
