- To provide prompt, courteous, and service at all times in accordance with LQA & SOP's ensuring - Responsible for telephone inquiries and availability request from local travel agents, handling faxes & input bookings made via online distribution channels - Attending/conducting training to maximize guest services and employee development. - To be familiar with the hotel’s credit & deposit policies to handle & process billing requirements. - To apply Opera system according to the procedure of reservation and reporting channels. - To provide prompt, courteous, and service at all times in accordance with LQA & SOP's - To respond inquiries and reservation by written (email or fax) within 24 hours in proper writing of English and in professional way as per LQA standard. - To up sell whenever possible to maximize occupancy and revenues. - To fully understand market segmentation definition and accurate quality of reservations. - Special reservations requests (such as groups, VIP, complimentary) must be confirmed by the approval of FOM and/or General Manager. - To have positive attitude to work, setting a good working example to subordinates. - To ensure all stationary and technical equipment’s are kept in good order. - To maintain an accurate and updated filing system of all correspondence. - Other duty and responsibility as delegated by management.

- Bachelor Degree of Hospitality/English/ Management - Language skills: Fluent English and additional languages is more preferred. - Computer Skill: Microsoft office, Opera system, Pegasus, OTA’s. - Gender: Male/Female
