- Serve as primary contact for all servicing of computers, printers, etc. - Maintain a sufficient inventory of all office and computer supplies - Maintain all hardware and software logs updated as per departmental working procedures - Carry out the repairs and maintenance of all PCs, printers, telephones, interactive system, key lock system, etc. - Maintain all users access request and authorizations (Win, E-mail, Opera, Micros, Payroll) - Supports the planning and implementation of all hotel systems. Ensures that all systems running within the hotel are maintained to a level that delivers the most efficient service for our customers and that they are in compliance with Belmond standards of operation. - To provide support to the users of Information Systems through direct interaction and through the identification and co-ordination of ongoing training needs. - Responsible for systems management procedures and practices to ensure the optimal operating effectiveness and integrity of data. - Fulfill 7 * 24 Hour on call duties as required.

- Bachelor/ Master Degree of IT. - English skills: Fluent. - Computer Skill: A solid understand of networking and desktop technology, creatively and apply strong analytical and problem solving skills. - Dealing well with remote and onsite issues during problem and operating under pressure. - Gender: Male
